Sally, my sincere condolences. I shared the same birthday as Melvyn (pearl harbor day) and we grew up not too far from each other. I always considered Melvyn a special friend from elementary to Ray. Many fond memories including when we thought taking "typing" would be easy. We were the only 2 boys in class--I ended up with an "F" --not sure but I think Melvyn passed. Unfortunately, I lost touch after I went to college but did get updates from Spec Bailey including you 2 getting married. I thought about him (and always will) when birthday time came around. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
