Patricia Hawkins-Sims-Sanders

Patricia (Pat) Sims-Sanders passed away December 16, 2012 in Austin, Texas with her daughter Deborah and husband Duane White who were her caregivers.
Patricia graduated from W.B. Ray High School in 1960. She worked at K-Mart and worked at TXDOT in Corpus Christi, Texas.
Living with her best friend Lura Null through several years and then transferred to TXDOT in Houston, Texas and retired. She resided with her daughter until her passing. She loved her Lord in Heaven and received her wings and found peace at her final destination.
She is preceded death by her parents, Kenneth G. Hawkins and Dorothy M. Kuechler-Hawkins-Reddick.
She is survived by her sister Peggy Ann Hawkins- Harris of Corpus Christi, Peggy's sons Clifford A. Harris of Corpus Christi, and Russell W. Harris (Peggy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; her brother Kenny Joe Hawkins (Cheryl) of Cedar Creek, Texas; her children: Deborah (Sims) Willis (Duane) White of Austin, Texas, Judy Sims of Houston, Texas, Michelle (Sims) Draehn-Stuckenburg (Kevin) of Carmine, Texas and Sam Sanders (Karyn) of Waller, Texas; and by her grand children: Colton (Lana) Willis of Odem, Texas, Cory Willis of Houston, Texas, Amanda Draehn of Carmine, Texas, Brooke Stuckenborg of Carmine, Texas, Lilly and Alexander Sanders of Waller, Texas.
Memorial Service is Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Parkdale Baptist on Staples St.
